Inspirational book: Talent is Overrated

I saw Ryan Leslie talking about this book in an interview. It is an amazing book with a lot of wisdom.
Why are some people – Warren Buffett, Yo-Yo Ma, Chris Rock – so incredibly accomplished at what they do? The first is hard work. Yet we all know plenty of hard workers who have been doing the same job for years or decades without becoming great. The other possibility is that the elite possess an innate talent for excelling in their field. A growing body of scientific research shows that it isn’t so – that specific natural abilities don’t explain great performance. Check out the video below for an impression of the book.
